Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dimensional and visual inspections using CMM, vision systems, height gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
- Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documents, and technical drawings using GD&T principles.
- Conduct line audits to enforce ISO 9001 quality systems and ensure products meet strict regulatory and customer standards.
- Partner with production teams to address non-conformances, root out defects, and verify long-term corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed inspection logs, support tool calibration schedules, and utilize software (such as Calypso or similar QA platforms) to drive quality improvements.
