- Machine Operation: Set up, calibrate, and safely operate industrial machinery according to job specifications and production schedules.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products using measuring tools and visual checks to ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Observe equipment performance (speed, temperature, pressure) and immediately report or address operational anomalies to prevent downtime.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow safety guidelines, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.

Responsibilities
- Operación y Control del Equipo: Ajustar, calibrar y operar la maquinaria según la orden de trabajo, especificaciones técnicas y programas de producción.
- Inspección Pre-Operativa: Revisar diariamente el estado de la máquina (niveles de fluidos, presiones, fugas, conexiones eléctricas) antes del encendido.
- Monitoreo de Procesos: Supervisar el funcionamiento continuo del equipo, vigilando parámetros (temperatura, velocidad, presión) para evitar fallas o paros no programados.
- Control de Calidad: Inspeccionar visualmente o con herramientas de medición las piezas y productos terminados para asegurar que cumplan con los estándares requeridos.
- Mantenimiento Preventivo Básico: Limpiar, lubricar y realizar ajustes menores en la máquina al inicio y cierre de cada turno.
