Responsibilities

• Diagnostics & Repairs: Perform timely, accurate diagnostics and complex repairs on heavy construction, asphalt, and concrete equipment systems with little to no supervision.
  
  
• System Expertise: Master and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using schematics and diagrams.
  
  
• Customer & Digital Communication: Clearly explain required and completed service work to customers and document job details accurately using digital service support platforms.
  
  
• Parts Requesting: Identify and order precise replacement parts using digital service tools to ensure rapid job completion.
  
  
• Mentorship: Help develop and guide junior technicians in shop safety and technical skills.
  
  
• Continuous Growth: Maintain high safety standards, complete technical paperwork on time, and participate in factory and specialized training
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
