Responsibilities
- Electrical Maintenance: Diagnose, repair, and replace electrical apparatus, AC/DC motors, drives, panels, and transformers. Plan layout, bend conduit, wire equipment, and ensure full compliance with NEC and NFPA 70E standards.
- Mechanical Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshoot failures across conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, hydraulic equipment, gear drives, pumps, and production machinery.
- Precision Diagnostic Work: Inspect worn parts using calipers, micrometers, and precision instruments to determine specs and replacements.
- Utilities & Controls: Work with HVAC systems, boilers, steam equipment, process control instrumentation, and lubrication systems.
- Downtime & Inventory Management: Collaborate with production teams to optimize run times, monitor PM compliance, and track parts/supplies inventory
