- Incident Response & Monitoring:
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Independently diagnose and fix complex mechanical and control system issues during standard and off-shift hours.
- Maintenance Execution: Perform scheduled preventive and urgent corrective maintenance on critical utility and cleanroom systems.
- Emergency Response & Safety: Serve as an active ERT member and strictly enforce LOTO, PPE, and safety protocols.
- Cross-Team Incident Management: Lead initial containment, escalate high-risk failures, and coordinate with engineering and operations teams.
- Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Record shift activities, repairs, and incidents in tracking systems to boost overall equipment reliability.
