Responsibilities
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Rapidly diagnose and repair complex hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical (up to 480V 3-phase), and mechanical system failures to minimize downtime.
- Preventative & Predictive Maintenance: Lead routine inspections, asset servicing, and failure analysis on critical infrastructure and production machinery.
- PLC & Automation Control: Read schematics, program/troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, relay logic, and automated control systems.
- Emergency Response: Serve as a primary technical escalation point for critical equipment outages and facility emergencies.
- Mentorship & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), arc flash safety, and local building codes while guiding facility best practices.
