Responsibilities
Department Leadership: Direct, supervise, and mentor 2nd shift warehouse personnel,
ensuring smooth workflows and high productivity across the D2C fulfillment department.
● Order Fulfillment & Operations: Oversee picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet
daily D2C service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
● Logistics & Carrier Management: Manage daily package handoffs and software integration
with shipping carriers, primarily UPS and FedEx.
● Team Management & Safety: Drive team engagement, track team performance, enforce
safety standards, and maintain an organized, clean workspace.
● Cross-Shift Coordination: Maintain flexible availability to coordinate with morning
leadership and ensure seamless handoffs between shift teams.
