We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Electrician to join our manufacturing operations team. In this role, you will perform essential electrical assembly, wiring, termination, conduit bending, component installation, and troubleshooting in support of custom manufacturing projects. Working directly from blueprints and schematics, you will ensure all work meets exact customer and engineering standards while maintaining a safe, efficient, 5S-compliant workspace.

salary: $47,840 - $56,160 per year

Responsibilities

Mandatory Requirements:

• Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA standards, and NFPA 70E safety practices.
  
  
• Technical Skills: Proven ability to read schematics/blueprints and perform assembly, wiring, inspection, troubleshooting, and component repair.
  
  
• Tool & Fabrication Proficiency: Experienced with standard electrical hand/power tools and measuring equipment (drills, calipers, cutters, saws, multimeters).
  
  
• Physical & Logistics: High school diploma or GED equivalent; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; reliable personal transportation; ability to pass a pre-hire drug screen and background check.
  
  
• Schedule: Regular 40-hour weekly schedule, with overtime as business needs require.
  
  

Preferred Qualification:

• Active Journeyman Electrician Certificate of Competency or license issued by a Florida Municipality.
  
  

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Environment: Primary work is performed indoors in a temperature-controlled manufacturing plant, with occasional exposure to outdoor conditions, temperature variations, loud machinery, and shop dust/hazards.
  
  
• Physical Demands: Regular standing (up to full shift), walking, reaching, manual dexterity, accurate measurement, drilling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Full compliance with mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
