Responsibilities
- Warehouse & Logistics Leadership: Direct daily warehouse operations, including receiving, raw material handling, finished-goods storage, and outgoing freight shipment.
- Inventory & Stock Accuracy: Maintain tight control over inventory levels using our WMS/ERP systems. Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with system data.
- Cold Storage & Quality Compliance: Enforce cold-chain procedures to meet FDA, USDA, SQF, and HACCP standards for food safety and product integrity.
- Team Management & Development: Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff, fork-truck operators, and material handlers while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
- Shipping & Receiving Logistics: Coordinate with freight carriers, drivers, and internal production teams to schedule pickups, deliveries, and container loading efficiently.
- Safety & Maintenance: Oversee warehouse equipment maintenance (forklifts, pallet jacks, refrigeration units) and enforce OSHA safety regulations across the facility.
