The Counter Sales position serves as the primary face and voice of our branch operations, driving store sales and delivering exceptional service to walk-in, contractor, and phone customers. You will manage customer orders from inquiry to fulfillment, ensure accurate pricing and inventory checks, and support daily branch administrative functions using established policies and procedures. About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Counter Sales Coordinator to support our growing Navigation Aids (NAVAIDs) Division. In this dual-function role, you will play a key part in coordinating customer quotations, order entry, technical inquiries, counter sales, and logistics in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Support: Respond to inquiries/RFQs, prepare quotations, provide pricing and availability, and follow up on open sales opportunities.
  
  
• Order Management & Logistics: Coordinate orders from initial quote through fulfillment; prepare, pack, label, and stage materials for shipment.
  
  
• Technical & Inventory Support: Program and configure lighting systems for navigational aids (NAVAIDs) according to specifications, and maintain precise inventory records.
  
  
• Administrative & Sales Operations: Support cross-functional teams, monitor customer feedback, and assist with trade show/marketing preparation.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years in inside sales, counter sales, order management, or customer service. Experience in marine, aviation, electronics, manufacturing, or technical/NAVAID products is a plus.
  
  
• Skills: written/verbal communication, high attention to detail, excellent problem-solving, and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel (CRM/ERP experience preferred).
  
  
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to read product specifications, technical documentation, and program lighting systems.
  
  
• Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, walk, operate standard office equipment, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  
  

Schedule, Compensation & Benefits:

• Schedule: Full-Time (Hourly) | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  
  
• Pay Rate: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
