Responsibilities
- Process Supervision: Perform routine line checks to ensure products meet exact specifications for weight, temperature, fill level, pH, and visual appearance.
- Materials Inspection: Verify that incoming ingredients, packaging materials, and finished goods meet internal quality parameters prior to release.
- Sanitation Verification: Collaborate with the Sanitation team on pre-operational inspections, ATP surface testing, and allergen control to ensure proper equipment sanitization.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date daily quality control logs, production reports, and food safety documentation for internal and regulatory audits.
