Join our fast-paced warehouse team to safely operate sit-down counterbalance forklifts, load and unload trailers, and move materials throughout our facility. In this role, you will use RF scanners to accurately track inventory, prep and wrap shipments for delivery, and help maintain a safe, organized work environment. We are looking for dependable team players with sit-down forklift experience, basic computer and math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening. CALL TODAY

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate sit-down counterbalance forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment to transport, stage, and stack materials or finished products in racks, totes, and designated staging areas.
  
  
• Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing freight from trailers, containers, and dock areas.
  
  
• Scanning & Inventory Processing: Electronically scan products using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) / RF scanners, matching numbers, letters, and inventory tags accurately.
  
  
• Order Preparation & Packaging: Staging, sorting, shrink-wrapping, labeling, and boxing products as required prior to dispatch.
  
  
• Dock & Area Maintenance: Open and close dock doors, maintain clean and hazard-free work aisles, and manage waste/pallets to uphold Penske’s standard safety practices.
