Responsibilities
- Move materials, parts, and products to designated areas throughout the facility.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Receive, inspect, and verify materials against shipping documents.
- Supply production departments with the materials needed to keep operations running smoothly.
- Pick, stage, and prepare materials for shipment or production.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report shortages or damaged materials.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment when authorized.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Follow company safety procedures and material-handling guidelines.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and other warehouse duties as needed.
