Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Drive Shift Success: Lead daily production plans from startup to finish line—optimizing line efficiency, yield, and throughput while balancing team skill sets on the floor.
- Empower Your Team: Coach, mentor, and motivate production associates to exceed performance goals while fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and mutual accountability.
- Guard Safety & Quality: Maintain a zero-compromise standard for safety, USDA FSIS compliance, GMPs, and SSOPs. Perform regular checks, lead corrective actions, and champion food safety audits.
- Keep Lines Running: Ensure your team has the exact tools, training, and resources needed to win every shift—removing roadblocks before they cause downtime.
- Continuous Improvement & Root Cause Solving: Analyze shift metrics, run root-cause investigations on quality or efficiency deviations, and implement smart continuous improvement initiatives.
- Rock-Solid Compliance & Admin: Complete shift documentation, manage attendance, and enforce policies fairly and consistently.
