What You’ll Be Doing:
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate stand-up reach trucks, sit-down electric forklifts, high-lift order pickers, and electric pallet jacks to move, stage, and rack materials across warehouse and cold-storage environments.
- Loading & Receiving: Efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing freight trailers. Inspect shipments against purchase orders and bills of lading (BOL) to verify quantities, inspect for damage, and report discrepancies.
- Order Picking & Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders using RF scanners and automated Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to hit daily shipping targets.
- Inventory Control: Perform daily inventory transactions, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and routine cycle counts within the WMS/ERP system to maintain precise stock accuracy.
- Compliance & Safety: Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), OSHA rules, and regulatory standards (cGMP/HACCP/food safety). Conduct mandatory pre-shift equipment inspection logs daily.
- Facility Upkeep & Operational Support: Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace through active floor sanitation and staging area upkeep. Support cross-functional operational duties including kitting, customer verification requests, and flexible overtime hours. Why Join Us?

- Facility Upkeep & Operations Support: Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace through active sanitation, trash removal, and staging area upkeep. Support cross-functional tasks including kitting, customer verification requests, and extended hours when needed.
