What You’ll Be Doing:
- Equipment Operation: Safely and proficiently operate forklifts to transport materials, stage inventory, and rack goods throughout the facility.
- Loading & Unloading: Drive freight operations by efficiently loading and unloading trucks while verifying cargo against documentation.
- Order Processing: Read and comprehend sales orders, purchase orders, pick lists, and safety materials to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Hands-On Logistics: Handle physical warehouse tasks directly—including lifting up to 75 lbs., stacking pallets, and maintaining inventory flow.
- Independent Execution: Work independently under pressure during peak operational hours while keeping safety at the forefront.
- Proven Experience: At least 1 year of recent forklift and warehouse experience.
- Physical Capability: Ability to handle heavy physical tasks, including comfortably lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Equipment & Safety Focus: A demonstrated safe work record and a stable work history with zero safety compromises.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written directions, sales orders, purchase orders, and safety guidelines.
- Self-Motivated: Able to manage your time effectively, stay focused under pressure, and work autonomously.

Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and in compliance with company training, OSHA requirements, and established safety procedures.
- Load, unload, and properly store building materials from trailers and rail cars while minimizing product damage.
- Pick, retrieve, move, and organize materials, including piece-pick and bulk materials.
- Prepare and complete required paperwork and documentation for product distribution and shipping.
- Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance of forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in assigned areas.
- Assist with periodic physical inventory counts and ensure accurate material tracking.
