In this role, you will act as the engine of our facility—coordinating people, materials, machines, and schedules to ensure our team operates safely, meets strict customer standards, and delivers high-quality products on time.

Responsibilities
- Keeping Work Moving: Set daily tasks for workers, check on their progress, and fix any slowdowns or hold-ups.
- Team Communication: Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Materials/Purchasing, and Quality Control to make sure everyone is on the same page regarding order schedules.
- Safety & Quality Standards: Make sure workers follow safety rules, complete their training, and follow correct procedures to avoid defective products.
- Managing Supplies & Machinery: Keep an eye on raw material supplies and equipment capacity so you don't run out of materials or overload machines.
- System Logging: Update the company’s internal software (ERP system) so everyone can track job statuses accurately.
- Team Leadership: Run daily production meetings, train floor workers and supervisors, and update upper management on progress.
- Improving Processes: Look for simple, practical ways to make the factory safer, cleaner, and faster.
