Responsibilities
Lead daily and weekly production activities for the Sheet Extrusion and Multi-Functional Coating (MFC) areas.
Supervise, coach, and support production employees to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and performance goals.
Ensure safe, efficient, and on-schedule operation of sheet extrusion and related manufacturing processes.
Drive daily productivity, product quality, and process performance throughout the production area.
Establish and support Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to support production efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to safety, environmental compliance, industrial hygiene, ergonomics, TPM, and 5S
Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, quality standards, management systems, and customer requirements.
