We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Operations Manager to direct and elevate our HVAC Service and Installation divisions. In this key leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, lead field and office personnel, optimize workflows, and maintain high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate blends technical mechanical knowledge with hands-on leadership, team-building skills, and structured process management.

salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Department Leadership: Direct daily operations across both the HVAC Service and Installation departments, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality control.
  
  
• Team Development: Manage, mentor, and evaluate field technicians, installers, and field supervisors to drive high performance and professional growth.
  
  
• Logistics & Scheduling: Oversee resource allocation, workload forecasting, dispatch coordination, and project scheduling to maximize productivity.
  
  
• Supply Chain & Facility Oversight: Supervise warehouse operations, material handling, equipment procurement, inventory control, and ductwork fabrication.
  
  
• Customer Relations: Uphold exceptional service delivery, address escalated client inquiries, and drive customer retention and satisfaction.
  
  
• Operational Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track labor and job profitability metrics, and report operational results to executive leadership.
  
  
• Talent Acquisition & Training: Partner with internal teams on recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and implementing safety and technical training programs.
  
  
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the General Manager and Field Service Support to refine standard operating procedures, implement technology solutions, and execute strategic growth initiatives.
