What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of warehouse shipping, traffic, or logistics experience

Responsibilities
Operational Supervision & Workflow Execution
- Coordinate and supervise all outbound shipping, freight handling, and traffic operations across a 100,000+ sq. ft. distribution center.
- Plan daily work assignments, schedule staffing levels based on operational workload, and direct the team to meet weekly work plans and daily throughput goals.
- Ensure accurate processing and dispatch of shipments across Truckload (TL), Less-Than-Truckload (LTL), and Small Parcel carriers.
- Ensure outbound orders adhere strictly to specialized customer packing, palletizing, and labeling standards.
- Prepare and organize all supporting shipping paperwork (bills of lading, manifests, packing slips) in advance to maintain seamless day-to-day operations.
- Assist team members directly by performing floor tasks as needed to guarantee orders are processed correctly and dispatched on time.
