Responsibilities

The Panel Department is a hands-on production team responsible for cutting, machining, and finishing panel materials used in our products. Team members operate equipment such as CNC machines, flat table machines, and edgebanders to produce parts according to specifications. Employees are expected to accurately read a tape measure, follow work instructions, inspect their work, and ensure all finished parts meet our quality standards before moving to the next stage of production. Safety, attention to detail, dependability, and a willingness to learn are important, and we are happy to provide training. We are looking for individuals who are interested in long-term employment, with the goal of developing strong temporary employees into permanent members of the team.
