job summary:
We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Production and Cooler Associates. This position involves pushing and pulling crates stacked up to seven high, staging milk jugs for shipment. Candidates must be able to stand for the entire shift and work quickly and repetitively in a fast-paced environment. Additional duties include loading cups and lids into machine hoppers on a high-speed production line, which requires lifting and handling boxes. You may also work in the carafe room, placing plastic bottles onto the filler machine for product filling. On the dock, responsibilities include unloading empty crates from trailers and placing them onto conveyors for sanitization, as well as transferring empty crates between trailers. Flexibility is important, as overtime may be required, including coming in early or staying late. Candidates must be comfortable working in a cooler environment, willing to cross-train in multiple areas, and maintain dependable attendance while following all safety and quality standards.

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Steel toe and non slip footwear only.
