Dress Code and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Policy To ensure a safe and professional work environment, all employees must adhere to the following dress code and PPE policy. Required Attire and Gear Safety Vest and Badge: You will receive an orange safety vest and a Randstad badge on your first day. You must wear both of these at all times while on-site. Steel-Toed Shoes/Boots: This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. You must wear steel-toed shoes or boots every day. Permitted Clothing Pants: Jeans, long pants, and shorts that reach the knee are all acceptable. Shirts: T-shirts and polo shirts are permitted. Prohibited Clothing For your safety and to maintain a professional atmosphere, the following items are not allowed: Loose or baggy clothing Yoga pants or leggings Sleeveless tops Clothing with offensive language or imagery
