Job Description: Line Assembly & Production: Execute high-speed assembly of food products according to recipe specifications and weight requirements. Strict PPE Adherence: Lead by example by wearing and enforcing all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including hairnets, beard covers, non-slip boots, smocks, and gloves. Bilingual Communication: Provide real-time translation for safety briefings, production changes, and training materials (English/Spanish preferred). Food Safety (GMP): Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to prevent cross-contamination and ensure consumer safety. Workplace Safety: Actively monitor the floor for hazards such as spills or equipment malfunctions; report all incidents immediately to the Floor Manager. Sanitation: Maintain a "clean as you go" workspace and participate in deep-cleaning rotations of the assembly line equipment. Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). Experience: At least 6 months in a food manufacturing or industrial warehouse environment preferred. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods (8-10 hours) and lift up to 40 lbs. Safety Mindset: A "safety first" attitude with a firm understanding of OSHA standards and food handling regulations. Temperature Tolerance: Ability to work in varied environments, including refrigerated "cold chain" rooms (typically 35°F - 47°F).
