Job Description: Some welders just want to pull a trigger on a repetitive assembly line. This isn't that job. We are looking for a skilled MIG Welder / Fabricator who views welding as a craft. You will be supporting one of the region's largest manufacturers within a rapidly growing, high-tech facility. If you pride yourself on versatility, clean beads, and structural problem-solving, you will fit right in here. What You'll Be Doing Precision MIG Welding: Delivering high-quality, structurally sound welds on a variety of metals and component shapes. Custom Fabrication: Cutting, shaping, and assembling custom parts on the fly to meet changing project specs. Blueprint Literacy: Reading and executing complex technical drawings with high dimensional accuracy. What It Takes to Join the Team We hire for attitude and skill. To succeed here, you need to be a reliable professional who takes pride in the details. Strong attention to detail (clean finishes, accurate dimensions). A continuous-learning mindset to handle new designs and custom orders. Physical capability to handle the demands of a fabricator shop, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Note: Standard background screening and drug testing are part of our onboarding process.
