What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Generalist Support: Partner closely with HR leadership on daily operations, policy administration, and workforce management across the distribution center.
Onboarding & Training: Deliver engaging, high-energy orientations and provide training support to associates at all levels.
Employee Relations: Act as a culture champion by promoting diversity, supporting our Open Door policy, and helping resolve workplace issues effectively.
Special Projects: Collaborate with leadership on exciting, high-impact HR initiatives as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
Bilingual Capability: Fully fluent in English and Spanish (required).
Experience: 1+ years of HR experience. Experience in food manufacturing, e-Commerce, or a start-up environment is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, with the confidence to deliver presentations and lead group orientations.
Drive & Adaptability: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, busy distribution center.

As an HR Coordinator, you will represent the People Services team while frequently walking the warehouse floor. Our dress code balances a professional appearance with comfort and safety: Tops: Polo shirts, blouses, button-downs, or knit sweaters. (Please avoid graphic tees, crop tops, or hoodies). Bottoms: Chinos, khakis, dark-wash jeans (no rips or tears), or slacks. Footwear (Safety First): Closed-toe, closed-heel shoes are mandatory for the warehouse floor (e.g., flat boots, clean sneakers, or loafers). High heels, sandals, and open-toed shoes are not permitted. Safety Gear: Any required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided to you onsite.
