Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and experienced Assemblers to join the manufacturing team at Carrier, a leader in the HVAC industry. This is a temp-to-hire position offering a stable environment and competitive benefits upon permanent conversion. Shift and Pay: Weekend shift 1st Shift: $17.00/hr | 6:00 am to 6:30 pm 12hr shift Fri-Sat-Sun Carrier is looking to covert to full-time after 90 days (contingent on good attendance, performance and attitude). Key Responsibilities: Assemble large air conditioning systems according to provided guidelines and specifications. Utilize power tools (drills, wrenches, screwdrivers) effectively. Maintain a clean, safe working environment. Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods (lifting up to 40 lbs may be required). Requirements: Experience: Will be trained Attendance: Consistent and punctual attendance is critical. Lateness or being out will not be tolerated. Background: Must pass a 7-year background check. (Education: A High School Diploma, GED, or transcripts are required for permanent hire eligibility (verification will be conducted). Transportation: Reliable transportation is required as there are no bus lines serving the facility. Attire: Must adhere to the dress code: long pants (no shorts), sleeved shirts, and steel-toed shoes. Perks: Temp-to-hire opportunity.
