Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Excellence: Review and process client requests (checks, withdrawals, account maintenance) for accuracy and adherence to SEC guidelines.
- Problem Solving: Research complex processing issues and partner with internal associates to ensure timely resolution.
- Client Communication: Conduct outbound calls and draft professional correspondence to clarify invalid or incomplete paperwork.
- Navigate Complexity: Independently research and process intricate requests across mutual fund and brokerage platforms using various internal systems and resources.
- Solve Problems Logically: Own and resolve stakeholder inquiries by applying a systematic approach to troubleshooting and providing viable alternative solutions.
- Drive Accountability: Exhibit a strong sense of urgency, prioritize work effectively, and maintain flexibility to support evolving business needs.
