You'll support the Marketplace Social team by executing on social campaigns, analyzing performance, and owning operational components behind the scenes. You'll be the connective tissue across internal teams and external communities-where creativity meets process.

What You'll Do:
- Own social campaign execution: scheduling, copywriting, engagement, reporting.
- Lead operations coordination for social efforts across multiple stakeholders.
- Track performance and analyze insights to improve content and engagement.
- Partner with Marketing, PR, Community, and Creative to develop and deliver aligned social content.
- Engage with user-generated content, creators, and influencers.
- Provide moderation and sentiment support when needed.

- 5+ years managing major social media channels for gaming or entertainment brands.
- Deep knowledge of platform trends and analytics tools (Sprinklr preferred).
- Strong reporting and storytelling with data.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in marketing, community, and creative.
