responsibilities:
- Lead the development of robust ML-based computer vision pipelines for real-time object detection, tracking, and classification across various sensors (e.g., cameras, radar, LiDAR).
- Utilize advanced multi-sensor fusion techniques, combining video, audio, and radar/LiDAR data to enhance the intelligence of smart devices.
- Optimize deep learning models for low-latency inference on embedded hardware.
- Implement quantization, pruning, and model compression techniques to maximize performance on edge devices.
- Collaborate closely with cloud teams to develop efficient edge-to-cloud data pipelines.
- Contribute to prompt engineering and descriptive AI initiatives
qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in embedded AI, edge computing, and computer vision.
- Strong proficiency in C, C++, and Python for embedded AI development.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Demonstrated expertise in machine learning model deployment and optimization on resource-constrained edge devices.
- Proficiency in image/video processing and computer vision tools such as PIL/Pillow, GStreamer, FFmpeg, and OpenCV.
- Ability to simultaneously manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
- Experience developing in embedded Linux and RTOS environments.
