- Business Analyst role focused on supporting a new End to End User Experience team focused on the overall Wealth Management Technology platform.
- This role and team is tasked to document the usage flows and experience with a goal of identifying opportunities to make the experience more efficient and effective toward a best in class platform.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Education, Business/Administration, Technical, Technology, Computer Engineering
- Support of User Experience Evaluation procedures
- Experience in full service Wealth Management including profiling, onboarding, trading, reporting
- Software development lifecycle methodologies and practices
- Broad data analysis experience
- Business operations and systems requirements processes
- Data modeling and entity relationships
- 3 -5 years in a Business Systems Analysis role

responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders and other SMEs to assess current capabilities, understand business requirements and apply technical background/understanding in the development of usability documentation and artifacts
- Work with IT Specialists (Solution Designers, Configuration, Data Modeler, Test) to translate and understand the goals of the application and compare capabilities and functionality with other applications
- Experience with system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management life cycle (PMLC)
