We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team, focusing specifically on the Service Portfolio Management (SPM) product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and a deep understanding of SPM functionalities, particularly within a large enterprise environment.

responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules with a primary focus on Service Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the SPM framework.
- Implement and configure core SPM applications, including:
- Demand Management: Develop and enhance workflows, forms, and reports related to ideation, demand intake, assessment, and prioritization.
- Project Management: Configure and customize project lifecycles, tasks, resource allocation, and reporting capabilities within the ServiceNow Project Management application.
- Design and develop integrations between SPM and other ServiceNow modules or external systems as required.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for all SPM-related development.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for the SPM product.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SPM functionality.
qualifications:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong emphasis on Service Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Demonstrated experience with SPM implementation and/or configuration in a professional environment.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the following ServiceNow applications:
- Demand Management
- Project Management
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies relevant to ServiceNow development.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (e.g., REST, SOAP).
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Experience working in a large, complex enterprise environment, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with other SPM-related applications such as Resource Management, Financial Management, or Agile Development within ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
