responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities specifically within the Retail Petroleum sector.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to tailor our innovative solutions to client requirements.
- Present and expertly demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective clients, showcasing their value.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts and pricing proposals with confidence.
- Coordinate training sessions for both new and existing clients, ensuring successful adoption.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities and client interactions within CRM systems.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, expanding our reach and network.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in technical sales within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., NetSuite).
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and management skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness and ability to travel 50%-70% of the time.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
