We're looking for an experienced Lab/Test Engineer 4 to join a team focused on security hardware and intellectual property. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days onsite at Building 27 in the Puget Sound area, with the supplier providing equipment such as a laptop, headset, and mouse.

As a Lab/Test Engineer, your typical day will involve:
- 80% hands-on development and testing: Contributing to the support, development, and testing of technologies deployed in the Azure fleet.
- 10% reporting: Documenting findings and progress.
- 10% meetings: Collaborating with team members.
qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8-10 years of overall experience in the field.
- Minimum 8+ years of test experience with data center/server hardware.
- Minimum 8+ years of development experience with C++ and Python.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with CI/CD and ADO pipelines.
- Proficiency in scripting languages.
- Ability to read and write at least one programming language (e.g., C#, C/C++, SQL), with Rust experience being a significant plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce comprehensive and detailed reports.
- Knowledge of software quality assurance practices and a strong testing aptitude.
- Knowledge of personal computer hardware, and experience deploying and managing hosts and virtual test machines.
- Solid understanding of the software development cycle.

Interview Process
The assessment process will include one round, panel-style (1-3 people), and will likely be scheduled the week of July 14th. Candidates will be given a development test during the assessment where they will be required to resolve a problem via code.
