We are seeking a highly experienced UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Advanced Scheduling Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM, particularly in Optimized Scheduling, machine learning, and schedule generation strategies within a retail environment. This role will involve leading a junior team, providing technical guidance, and serving as a subject matter expert in addition to application development responsibilities.

responsibilities:
- Lead and provide clear technical guidance to a junior team and end-users on UKG Pro WFM Advanced Scheduling.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of Optimized Scheduling, including machine learning and schedule generation strategies.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of volume and labor forecasting within UKG Pro Advanced Scheduling.
- Collaborate with site leaders to resolve issues and enhance the Advanced Scheduling module.
- Document technical solutions and maintain the support knowledge base.
- Estimate, organize, and lead workstream deliverables related to UKG Pro WFM Advanced Scheduling.
- Provide support and expertise in an application development capacity.
qualifications:
- KG Pro WFM: Minimum 5 years of experience.
- UKG Pro WFM Advanced Scheduling: Minimum 5 years of experience, with a strong focus on optimized scheduling and retail industry application.
- Requirements Gathering: Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Industry Experience: Must have UKG Advanced Scheduling experience in Retail.
