Required Skills:
- 8+ years of analysis experience, preferably in financial services with a relevant educational degree
- Proven experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes in an agile environment

responsibilities:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification with a deep understanding of the "Why" behind Agile/Scrum fundamentals and using them to drive delivery
- You have strong hands-on experience with JIRA/Kanban boards
qualifications:
- Experience in driving improvements beyond 2 Squads and leading at the Product Area, and organizational level.
- Brokerage and/or Fixed Income experience is preferred strongly preferred
skills:
- You can work in a highly matrixed environment, involving multiple partners and technical groups.
- Ability to influence behavior without having organizational hierarchy
- Demonstrating data to identify trends and influence decision-making to continuously improve delivery and ensure clear communication to partners
