responsibilities:
Manage recruitment processes: Onboarding process
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Handle Time sheets, and payroll coordination
Support performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes
Assist with HR policy development and compliance
Coordinate training, team-building, and engagement activities
qualifications:
Oversee office supplies, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination
Manage travel bookings, expense claims, and office logistics
Handle correspondence, document management, and filing
Help ensure health, safety, and legal compliance across the office
skills: Bachelor's degree.
Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Ability to work independently
