We are seeking a highly skilled Accessibility Resource with strong project management capabilities to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of our organization's accessibility framework for websites and applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within large organizations, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards, and driving initiatives that promote inclusive digital experiences.

responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive digital accessibility framework aligned with recognized standards (e.g., WCAG, ADA, Section 508).
- Lead and manage accessibility initiatives across websites and applications, ensuring consistent application of best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for accessibility-related efforts across departments.
- Conduct accessibility audits, gap analyses, and risk assessments; document findings and recommend remediation strategies.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Digital Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in accessibility analysis, digital compliance, or a related role within a large organization.
- Proven experience implementing accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+, ADA, Section 508).
skills:
- Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience conducting accessibility audits using both manual techniques and automated tools (e.g., Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, JAWS, NVDA).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
