The Product Owner role in Cross Channel Experience serves as a voice to connect the expectations of consumers and financial reps on new or already existing products, apps, and channels. You'll be responsible for defining user stories and prioritizing backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities to acquire and cross-sell new business as well as serve existing clients. You'll maintain conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for which the team is responsible. You'll also work with Program Management to plan agile releases and sprints. You'll serve as liaisons between technical and non-technical departments to effectively manage expectations, scope, schedule and budget to ensure targets and requirements are met.
- Background in system application product development / management; must be able to understand the technical aspect of the product, while also possessing the business acumen necessary to effectively communicate with the business owners and stakeholders
- Ability to effectively work with Product Manager to translate business owner and stakeholder needs into consumable Epics, Features and Stories with tangible acceptance criteria
- Ability to lead teams and drive Epics / Features to successful outcomes
- Experience managing release activities
- Ability to function with high level of autonomy/self-directed
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to understand, work with, and shape the vision of customers and stakeholders
- Understanding of agile development practices, including Agile Scrum
- Must have Salesforce integration experience with older legacy CRM systems
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience is highly desirable.
