JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Developer/Salesforce Admin to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the design, development, and deployment of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- Support data migration, integration, and reporting tasks.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations and customizations.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- over 3 years of experience with Salesforce development or administration.
- Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I certification is a plus.
Experience with version control tools like Git. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of Salesforce security and data model.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
