job summary:
For this contractor assignment, as an IT Assoc Project Manager Lead for a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Aligned Delivery organization, you'll manage projects varying in size, duration, and complexity, utilizing different project methodologies. You'll work closely with project stakeholders to ensure planning and execution phases meet the scope, cost, schedule, and quality expectations throughout the project's lifecycle. You'll also support project managers and work with other leaders on a variety of different initiatives. This contractor will collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to continually improve practices through recommendations of Agile and Lean methods.

qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of related work experience in an IT analyst, IT project planning/scheduling role, or some combination of the two.
- {OR} Bachelor's Degree or higher in a business or IT discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Business Management) and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in an IT analyst, IT project planning/scheduling role, or some combination of the two.

- Excellent organization skills and communication
- Knowledge of industry standards, project management methodologies and software development methodology
- Knowledge of project management scheduling and/or iteration management tools (e.g., MS Project)
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate within a team-oriented environment, managing tight deadlines and shifting priorities, while leveraging creativity to develop innovative solutions tailored to the unique challenges of M&A projects.
