We are seeking a dynamic Stars Reporting and Data Analytics team member to drive our Star strategy with a focus on Part D Star measures. This pivotal role demands expertise in Stars-related reporting and analytics including providing operational and analytical support. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and business segments is essential.

responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and prioritize data analytics tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion
- Collaborate with various business segments
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and clients
- Oversee issue resolution related to Stars reporting. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and client
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures and QA processes for the Stars reporting products
- Transform raw data into easy-to-read and actionable data sets to be used across multiple dashboards and projects
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and tools with a focus on automation. Implement best practices for data management and reporting.
qualifications:
Required:
- 5+ years relevant work experience analytics, data science, statistics, or another related field
- 2 + years of Medicare, managed care, PBM or health plan experience
- Advanced proficiency with Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Proven knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization software
- Deep understanding of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets
- Experience managing multiple projects with changing priorities and minimal direction
- Experience with statistical models and predictive analytics
skills: Preferred:
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Experience working with the Part D Medicare Star Rating Program
- Innovative mindset to enhance the Stars reporting product
- Basic understanding of programming languages, such as SQL
