Character Pipeline Producer needed for Contract Opportunity with Randstad Digital's client in Orange County, CA.
Our client, a leading developer of immersive PC role-playing games, also explores diverse genres and platforms. They are a team of passionate developers who love making and playing games!
They are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Contract Producer to join their team for an upcoming project. In this role, you'll be instrumental in the character development pipeline, overseeing character art, technical art, and rigging. Reporting to the Senior Producer, you will collaborate with creative, production, and technical leads to build schedules, plan resource allocations, and define milestone deliverables, ensuring the timely completion of high-quality game features and content.
The ideal candidate has proven experience developing multi-platform next-gen games. You're an exceptional communicator, adept at getting things done, and skilled in collaborating with various discipline leads. You also have a strong desire to improve development and optimize workflows.

responsibilities:
- Organize, coordinate, and track multiple disciplines across areas of responsibility.
- Communicate project status to Senior, Lead, and Executive Producers across all areas of responsibility.
- Collaborate with discipline leads in the development and optimization of workflows.
- Establish and maintain production and tracking processes to increase efficiency and predictability while upholding a high-quality bar.
- Create and maintain sensible, prioritized project schedules.
- Communicate and coordinate tasking across all disciplines.
- Identify and remove development roadblocks and bottlenecks.
- Drive delivery of a polished, highly-rated game on time and on budget.
qualifications:
- Strong skills and familiarity with Jira, Excel, MSProject, or equivalent project management software packages.
- 2-5+ years of experience working with internal game development teams.
- Ability to effectively and constructively partner with a diverse group of personalities.
- Experience with large, AAA teams and distributed/remote development.
- Experience with various development/production methodologies and successful applications of each.
- Multiple shipped products.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards.
- Experience with user research testing.
