job summary:
Randstad is seeking an experienced Product Owner with 2-5 years of expertise for our Midwest retail client, headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan. They are looking for a Digital Product Owner to add to their Digital / E-commerce team. This role will be best filled by someone who has successful Product experience in delivering initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful implementation of innovative solutions.

responsibilities:
-Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements

- Defining the vision for the team's product

- Collaborate with product manager on the product roadmap

- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements

- Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development

- Developing user stories

- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process

- Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates

- Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprint

 
qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience as a Product Owner

- 2 to 5·years delivering technical solutions

- 2+ years in a large Agile framework (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC methodologies.

-Ideal candidate will have experience in each of these roles - Scrum Master, Product Owner (business and tech), Tech Design/Architecture, Business Analyst, Software Engineer, and QA
