We're looking for a seasoned expert in enterprise knowledge management, program planning, and building cross-functional relationships within a fast-paced and complex environment. This role serves as a key liaison, connecting stakeholders with our content team to deliver high-quality knowledge management projects.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in knowledge or program management. We're looking for someone who can work independently on both strategic and operational levels. Formal project management certification is not required, but proficiency in project management is a must.

responsibilities:
- Work directly with a wide variety of cross-functional, global stakeholders to understand their knowledge-related needs and goals.
- Assist in prioritizing organizational goals and key initiatives as they relate to knowledge management.
- Consult with internal teams on their communication and change management strategies.
- Distill complex source content from multiple teams into user-friendly language that guides employees through complicated processes.
- Partner with program owners and internal communications teams to ensure alignment on messaging, tone, and desired outcomes.
- Create and maintain knowledge management project plans to track and coordinate upcoming content needs for global stakeholders.
- Provide regular program updates and reporting to stakeholders, which requires a comfort level with data and analytics.
- Identify future opportunities and strategies to advance content management.
- Participate in workshops, conduct meetings, and promote training sessions to improve knowledge management.
qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience, with 4+ years in a project or program management role related to knowledge management.
- Strong project and content management experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of content management systems and user editing tools.
- Experience translating new concepts, workflows, and processes into digestible information.
- Experience collaborating across a wide variety of functions to drive effective outcomes.
- Comfortable working on a team with ambiguity and evolving responsibilities
