Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Power BI Specialist/Developer II to design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards, reports, and data models. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, improve decision-making, and support ongoing data initiatives.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for business users.
- Create data models and DAX calculations to support reporting and analytics needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
- Integrate data from SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, and other sources into Power BI datasets.
- Ensure data quality, security, and performance optimization of BI solutions.
- Document processes, reports, and data models for ongoing support and maintenance.

- 5+ years of Power BI development or BI experience.
- Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Experience with SQL/SQL Server and data integration from multiple sources.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience) .
