responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination and preparation for high-visibility events and engagements.
- Write and edit compelling executive communications, including blogs and talking points.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups to align communication strategies and maintain a dynamic calendar.
- Curate and prioritize a pipeline of stories to integrate into broader communication plans.
- Ensure all engagements and materials are prepared to the highest standard.
qualifications:
- Exceptional written communication skills and a portfolio of your work.
- Proven experience in program management, communications, or a related field.
- Strong skills in strategic planning and leading high-impact projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Must be available to collaborate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours.
