Our client is looking for an IT Manager to lead its technology operations and empower its team with reliable, secure, and accessible systems. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic planning within a budget-conscious and values-oriented environment.

responsibilities:
- User Support & Help Desk: Manage the help desk to provide responsive support to staff, volunteers, and remote teams.
- Network Administration: Maintain and optimize network infrastructure and oversee hardware and software inventory, procurement, and lifecycle management.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement cybersecurity best practices tailored to nonprofit operations and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Microsoft Ecosystem Management: Administer a range of Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics, and Azure Active Directory.
- Strategic & Mission-Aligned Leadership: Align IT strategy with organizational goals and community impact, and manage IT budgets with a focus on cost-effective solutions.
qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
- Skills: A strong background in Microsoft technologies and cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Security+, or ITIL are a plus.
