We are seeking a local PM1/Project Coordinator to assist our Program Manager facilitating the upcoming cutover work within the IT Infrastructure department - will support TDR projects as we prepare for our Epic migration in December, which will be deployed in a phased approach at all new and existing clinical facilities.

responsibilities:
- Work remotely and onsite as-needed - will be fully onsite for 2 weeks at Go-Live in December 2025.
- Write emails as directed
- Facilitate Meetings as directed
- Maintain contacts with potential stakeholders who may be interested in investing in projects
- Supervise tasks assigned to project workers as instructed by the Program Manager
- Supervise project workers and ensure that they stick to project specifications and guidelines
- Keep records of all information related to project for documentation, clarification and presentation to management
- Draft project charters, communication plans, and budget on a monthly basis
qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors or equivalent experience
skills:
- Project Coordination for IT projects (5 years of experience is required)
- IT Infrastructure related Projects (2-3 years experience is ideal)
- EUD, TDR, Epic Migration and/or new EMR project implementation experience preferred (3 years of experience is nice to have but not required)
