Location: Hybrid - Preference for candidates in Minneapolis, MN or Denver, CO (Onsite Tues-Thurs)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Software Developer III to join our Agile development team, focusing on ServiceNow platform enhancements and module development. In this role, you will design, build, and support solutions that improve business processes, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, test, and document ServiceNow solutions.
- Implement module enhancements and automation across multiple ServiceNow areas.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain operational and system-level documentation.
- Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to architecture/design discussions.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
qualifications:
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong background in Agile development practices.
- Experience engaging directly with stakeholders and process owners.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- ServiceNow certifications demonstrating platform proficiency (strongly preferred).
- ITIL Foundations Certification (preferred).
- Experience in large, matrixed, or regulated environments is a plus.

- JSON - for data formatting and API interactions.

- Git / GitLab - for version control.
- DevOps & CI/CD tools such as Jenkins (nice to have).
- PowerShell - optional for automation tasks.
